Rates are available upon request. Accessibility matters to me. If you are in need of a sliding scale rate, we can work together to find a rate that works for the both of us. If you feel we may be a good fit, I encourage you to reach out via the contact form and we can discuss rates further.

I accept Aetna, Cigna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
If you are out of network with me, I can guide you through the process of seeking an Out-Of Network reimbursement through your insurance provider. Many of my clients are able to be reimbursed for a significant portion of the cost of our sessions. I can provide superbills to support in reimbursement documentation. If you would like to find out more about your out-of-network benefits for psychotherapy, I recommend that you call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask:
Does my plan include mental health benefits?
Do I have an out-of-network deductible that has to be met first before I get reimbursed?
Has any amount of my deductible been covered this year?
What is my co-insurance amount?
What is the usual rate covered by my insurance for outpatient psychotherapy (CPT code 90837)?

On our consultation call, we will discuss what brings you to therapy and provide you a space to ask me any questions you may have about myself, my practice, or our work together. In this call, if we feel like we are a good fit, we can set up a time for our first session.
-
In your first session, we will explore more about what brings you to therapy, identify what your goals are for treatment, and begin to build trust in our relationship. Simply, we will get to know each other!
-
All sessions are currently held via secure telehealth (video). If you have questions or concerns about virtual therapy, or aren't sure if it's right for you, we can discuss those details during our consultation call.
-
Session frequency depends on the client’s needs. Most clients are seen on a weekly basis at an established time. Some clients are seen twice weekly. We can discuss what frequency would feel best for you.

I maintain a 24-hour cancellation policy.
If you cancel or request a reschedule with more than 24 hours' notice, there is no charge.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time, you will be billed your full session fee.
Whenever possible, I will do my best to offer a reschedule option within the same week. This policy helps respect both of our schedules and encourages consistency in your care.

Yes. What is shared in therapy remains strictly confidential.
The only exceptions to confidentiality are standard legal mandates regarding safety—specifically, if there is a serious concern for your safety, the safety of someone else, or suspicion of abuse/neglect involving a vulnerable person. We will review full privacy policies together prior to our first session.
